What do real women really think about aging?
Kate: "Hi. I'm Kate, and I'm 43 years old. I think you have to be proactive with your looks as you get older. I don't know, at some point, you have to accept that you're aging. But it doesn't mean you have to take it all just at face value. There's stuff you can do."

What do real women really want from a facial injectable?
Kate: "I think every decade you make different choices, too. I know I was always like, 'I'd never get any work done. I'd never get any work done.' (laughing) Then, the older I get, I'm like, 'Well…. maybe just a little something-something.'"

Woman 1: "I would want something that does it gradually, so that…."

Kate: "You don't want to go from zero to 60."

Woman 2: "You don't want people to just go, 'Whoa!'"

Kate: "Yeah, drastic is not good!"

Woman 2: "'…you had something done.'"

Woman 1: "I want something that's very… long-lasting."

Woman 2: "With stuff they have now, you do these subtle things. So you don't have to have that...Rrrrr!" (pulls face back tight)
